The Plan to Lift SCULPT PROGRAM is designed for Intermediate lifters. If you are someone who has been lifting weights for more than 8 months you can perform this program. This is a 12 week program split into phases and the volume and intensity is modified to help you build maximum amount of muscle possible in three months.

You get the 12 WEEK SCULPT PROGRAM PDF in a single pdf which includes all the exercises that you will have to perform for the next 12 weeks. The sets, the reps and more information are all included in the pdf.

 

EXERCISE TUTORIALS WITH VOICEOVER

We have freshly shot over 50 exercise tutorial videos to help you understand the exercise form and make your process of following the sculpt program easier. We have also done voiceovers so that you can understand the message we are trying to send across.

 

TRAINING GUIDELINES AND NUTRITION GUIDELINES VIDEO

To make sure you do not have a lot of questions and doubts, we have made two separate videos explaining the training and nutrition requirements while following sculpt. The training video includes information about progressive overload, training principles and more. The nutrition video sheds light on following the right diet plan, protein intake and more information.

Can beginners follow this program?

Yes and No. Yes because you are a beginner and you will get results if you stay consistent with this program. No because there are exercises that may take more time to learn and some of them will be new to you. It would be better you start with the FOUNDATION PROGRAM and then follow this in the future. If you are going to the gym for at least 9 months, you can follow the sculpt plan.

 

Can I follow this plan on a fat loss journey?

Yes absolutely. This program will be great during a fat loss journey because we are promoting weight training and focusing on heavy movements and that is really important when it comes to saving muscle mass. So feel free to follow this plan.

 

Do you need to go to the gym to follow this program?

Yes. You will need access to a gym to follow this program. You would need access to dumbbells barbells, cable station and few basic machines. You can't follow this program at home.

 

Will I get a diet plan with this program?

No. This is a training program and since you are a beginner we expect you to have a basic understanding of nutrition. Hence you will have to make sure you follow a good diet plan.
